Return & Refund Policy

At Vistamble, we want you to love what you ordered. Since many of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, our policy is built to be fair to you while reflecting how that shipping process actually works.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow 7–15 business days for your order to arrive after it ships, depending on the product and your location. Processing time (before shipment) is typically 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — full refund or free replacement, your choice.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at vistamblesupport@gmail.com
- Please include photos of the item and packaging — this helps us resolve the issue quickly and, where needed, file a claim with our fulfillment partner on your behalf
- No need to ship the item back for damaged/defective claims in most cases — we'll advise if a return is required for your specific item
Change of Mind Returns
Because our products ship directly from fulfillment centers, we're currently unable to offer prepaid return shipping for change-of-mind returns (sizing, color preference, etc.). If you'd like to return an unused, unopened item for a reason other than damage or defect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing or shipped, and our standard return process will apply instead.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective, due to hygiene reasons: Moroccan Cushion Cover, Sheer Leaf Pattern Curtains, and Bohemian Curtain Ties.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
